Frank Thill is the visionary behind Co.Lab by Parlour Norwood,

Frank brings  over 34 years of international experience to the salon floor. He qualified as a hairdresser in Germany in 1986 and has been a certified Master Tradesman since 1993.

Frank has honed his craft working in prestigious salons across Germany, New York, and Australia. Extensively trained in the Sassoon and later Toni&Guy systems, he specialises in precision cutting and styling, creating looks that are both timeless and fashion-forward.

Throughout his career, Frank has operated as an educator, manager, and director, driven by a passion for developing teams and elevating the standards of the hairdressing industry. Under his leadership, Co.Lab Norwood has become an inclusive and inspiring space, known for its artistry, professionalism, and dedication to personal expression.

His philosophy is simple: great hair should not only look beautiful but also empower each client to feel confident in who they are.
